The Region of Waterloo Arts Fund Board of Directors is seeking a consultant to facilitate its strategic planning retreat on August 9, 2019.
Your proposal should address the items noted in this request for proposals and include the following:
• A list and experience profile of all personnel involved with the project
• A description of at least two previous projects of a similar nature you have completed
• Detailed costing for your proposal
Curricula vitae for each person involved with the project and promotional literature, photographs, etc. may be included in an appendix.
