The Windsor Symphony Orchestra wishes to engage a consultant or consultants to help the organization position itself for the future. With the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the WSO plans to develop a 3 to 5-year Strategic Plan and a Fundraising Strategy that will generate revenues in support of the organization’s goals.
Interested parties are invited to respond to one or both proposals. Applicants who choose to respond to both proposals have the option to submit two separate bids or one combined response. If submitting two separate bids, please indicate if and where the projects will intersect.
The WSO’s goal for the Strategic Plan is to answer the following questions: What do we want the WSO want to be in five years? How do we get there?
For the Fundraising Plan, the WSO looks to develop a revenue stream that addresses the ongoing operational needs of the orchestra by providing a solid base of funding support. A successful project will result in an assessment of opportunities, a fundraising strategy outlining areas for growth, and a recommended and implementable action plan.
