The Corporation of the Township of Essa invites Proposals from qualified Consultants to provide all labour, materials to complete all works associated with the Parks, Recreation and CULTURE Master Plan
The scope of the Master Plan includes trails, parks & open space / recreation / township facilities and services throughout the geographical boundaries of the Township of Essa in the timeframe of a 20 year planning horizon. In addition, the Master Plan will review the long-term direction of Simcoe County, Parks and Recreation strategies and their proposed connections as they may affect the Township of Essa. The Master Plan will be a critical community resource document that will clearly articulate what, where, when, and how future facilities and services will be constructed, implemented, financed and maintained.
