This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Town of Richmond Hill (the “Town”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Part 3 – Evaluation of Responses for future eligibility to provide heritage architectural consulting services to the Town of Richmond Hill.
