City of Hamilton: Professional Arts Administration Services for the City of Hamilton Arts Awards Program Implementation

The City of Hamilton is seeking a qualified arts administrator (individual or firm) to work with City Hamilton staff within the Tourism and Culture Division to implement the 2016 City of Hamilton Arts Awards Program. Information about the Arts Awards is available at www.hamilton.ca/artsawards

The Request for Proposal C3-06-15 invites arts administrators with knowledge of the arts and events sectors in Hamilton to submit a proposal for the following 5 phases of the Program: Nomination, Adjudication, Marketing and Communications, Awards Event, Evaluation/Assessment Phase. The Successful Proponent will work with City staff to plan, develop and implement the Arts Awards Program. The term of the Contract shall be for a one year period beginning in the Fall of 2015 and may be extended by the City for a maximum of two, one year terms.
