The Royal Ontario Museum: ROM Brand Perception and Brand Tracking Study

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is being issued to select a Company to provide the ROM with valid research and produce a report on how people in Toronto and surrounding areas perceive the ROM. What emotions does the ROM evoke and how do people’s perceptions of the ROM compare to other major venues in the GTA. How does the ROM succeed as a brand and where are the challenges and opportunities to improve.
