The St Catharines Public Library (SCPL) is seeking an experienced contractor to develop a 5 year strategic plan (2019 to 2023) for the library. Specifically, the Library Board expects a service plan that includes goals, measurable objectives, and proposed activities to meet community needs for the next five years. The plan should also address the implication of the proposed goals for the library’s collections, technology, staffing and facilities.
The successful applicant must have extensive organizational strategic planning experience, as well as the capability to facilitate planning meetings and conduct research. Experience in the library or cultural non-profit section is preferred, but not required.
