SOAR Facilitator foR Public Consultation

Rodman Hall Coalition

The goal of this public consultation is to get information from the public on their aspirations for the future development of Rodman Hall Art Centre (RHAC) as it returns to the community and independent not-for-profit corporate status. The intent is that this data will inform the Rodman Hall Coalition and professionals developing future strategic directions and business planning. “The public” is defined as largely local and including provincial and national interested parties. These meetings are forward-focused.

  3. Undertake one-on-one telephone interviews, using above questions, with key provincial and national stakeholders.
  4. Design, build and manage a survey to supplement the meetings and targeting participants unable to attend, to be publicly available and electronically distributed by volunteers.
  5. Prepare a thorough summary document representing the views and themes of the public meetings, on-line survey and one-on-one interviews including an appendix of survey results.
