Through this Request for Proposal, the ROM is seeking to establish Vendor of Record (VOR) Arrangement(s) with approximately three (3) qualified suppliers to provide Qualitative Marketing Research Services in either or both of the Traditional and Online methods, as and when requested by the ROM in a Request for Services and pursuant to a separate contract(s), as described in the RFP document.
