RFP: Organizational Policy & Bylaw Review & Revisions

Summary

The Victoria Conservatory of Music invites proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a review of organizational policies and bylaws, and recommend new or amended policies and bylaw language as necessary to ensure alignment with not-for-profit best practices.

The Conservatory seeks a consultant who has demonstrated experience in the process of a comprehensive policy review within a charitable organization. The consultant will liaise with Conservatory CEO, CFO, Treasurer, Chair, and, if necessary, sector and/or legal advisors to ensure that all Conservatory policies and bylaws are up-to-date, aligned with legal and expected norms, manageable, and relevant to the current organizational priorities.
