This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to prepare a Cultural Strategic Plan (CSP), Museum Strategic Plan (MSP), and Public Art Plan (PAP), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”)
