Proposal for Professional Arts Administration Services for the City of Hamilton Arts Awards Program Implementation

Summary

The City of Hamilton is seeking a qualified arts administrator with knowledge of the arts and events sector to work with City of Hamilton staff within the tourism and culture division to plan, develop, and implement the annual City of Hamilton Arts Awards Program within an annual fixed budget of $40,000.00 annually. The scope of Work to be undertaken comprises of five (5) Program phases as follows:

1. Nomination phase
2. Adjudication phase
3. Marketing and communications phase
4. Event phase
5. Evaluation/assessment phase
