Orchestras Canada: Expressions of Interest: Resilient Ontario Orchestras Project

Orchestras Canada seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consultants for the Resilient Ontario Orchestras project.
The Resilient Ontario Orchestras project, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation’s Resilient Communities Fund, has been designed as an intensive, short-term program of customized consulting and learning directed at Ontario’s 60 smaller-budget and youth orchestras. The program is intended to help these groups address both short-term and longer-term issues and plan a safe and confident re-launch when the time is right.
Through this project, we’ll offer an integrated suite of services to these groups, beginning and ending with an organizational diagnostic tool that will help us to:
• match expert consultants with up to 20 participating groups for short-term individualized counsel
• identify common knowledge needs that can be addressed through webinars, tip sheets, and communities of practice, accessible to all
• track progress over the year.

Consultants will provide tailored counsel through short-term assignments (limited to no more than 2.5 days per participating orchestra, including preparation and follow-up time) to help the assigned orchestra to address one or two specific issues.

For more information and details for submissions, please see the attached EOI.
