The Niagara Artists Centre and Carousel Players (The Clients) have partnered to commission a feasibility analysis of an Arts Hub in downtown St. Catharines, with the goal of clustering non-profit arts organizations and for-profit creative enterprises in order to share resources, collaborate on artistic programming and community animation, stabilize organizations, and jointly resolve ongoing facility and resource issues in the community.

- The Site and Building Program
- The Resource Environment
- The Recommendations

What is the context of this facility: cultural, economic, geographic, and social?
What is the case for creating an Arts Hub in downtown St Catharines?
Deliverable: an interim report outlining the current state of the culture sector, cultural facilities, and the gaps that currently exist in the greater St Catharines area.
