The Haliburton Highlands Arts Centre Foundation is seeking Expressions of Interest pertaining to a Funding/Fundraising Feasibility Study for its proposed arts centre for Haliburton County. A general Feasibility Study is currently underway and is slated to be completed by June 2022. Output materials are to include recommended location, proposed site plan and design, class “D” costing, program plan and business plan. The HHACF wishes to follow this up quickly with a funding study to determine the giving potential within the Haliburton Highlands and surrounding area, plus via potential applicable grants and foundations.
EOI submissions should include methodology, output materials to feed next steps and high-level time and cost estimates. This will drive our applications to grants and funding for this study and to seek detailed proposals in the near future for the work.
