Festival Players is seeking a qualified independent consulting firm for the purposes of conducting a feasibility study for our organization to build a new Arts Centre in Prince Edward County.
We are looking for a partner who is experienced with planning and conducting feasibility studies for large cultural centres and is familiar with the Ontario performing arts environment.
Despite the high level of success Festival Players has achieved as an itinerant theatre company, we are ready to establish a permanent home in the County and create a year-round location, presence and operation ensuring flexible indoor and outdoor theatre activities and events for the community and tourists.
The plan should assess our current situation and the possibility of a multiuse cultural centre space in the County, including: possible locations, audience interest and capacity, environmental considerations, potential interest from the community and government. It should also make recommendations on a strategy to maximize our ultimate capital campaign fundraising efforts.
