This RFQ issued on behalf of Galleria Phase 3 Dev. Co Ltd. (GDL) is to experienced architectural consultancies that will fulfil the role of Consultant for the Concept Development Phase for the EDACC Performing Arts Centre proposed to be located in the downtown Edmonton Galleria Project and defined as Package 3, Site D and G. There has been two separate RFQs issued addressing the Site defined as A and B – Retail, Office, Residential, Hotel (Package 2 – issued as an invitational RFQ) and Site C, F and E University of Alberta School of Music and Department of Art & Design (Package 1) – please refer to embedded site plan. Respondents must be registered with the Alberta Association of Architects at time of closing to respond to this business opportunity. Respondents that are operating as single legal entity and incorporated in the Province of Alberta are preferred. Respondent may choose to engage another architectural consultancy to be part of its architectural team as Sub-Prime Consultant and/or in another architectural role as a Sub-Contractor. Responses from joint ventures, partnerships or associations of entities will be considered.
