The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following description:
3.0 SCOPE OF WORK
a) Services are required to provide Professional Consultant Services for design, contract administration, inspections and site review to:
Renovate and Transform the atrium and theatre space for the Toronto archives building at 255 Spadina Road.
b) This project will include renovations to the Theatre and Atrium. As this space is currently occupied, construction will need to be planned and executed in phases that are accepted by the City Project Manager and City of Toronto client representatives. Consideration to end users throughout the entire planning stages must be considered at all times as this facility will be completely functional during the renovations.
c) Consulting work is to include all required design for complete Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Communications, Security and Audio/Video in compliance with City of Toronto Standards. Standards information will be provided to the Prime Consultant after contract award.
