Intent & Scope of Work

  • The intent of this project is to determine the suitability of the City of Leduc assuming the operations of the Maclab Centre for the Performing Arts facility in cooperation with the Black Gold School Division and the Maclab Center for the Performing Arts Society.
  • This project will evaluate the best practices of other like communities that are presently operating performing arts facilities under the auspices of the municipality and the present model that they use with regard to the entire operation.
  • Investigation of operating procedures for a theatre that is located within a school building.
