Brock University is transitioning Rodman Hall Art Centre (RHAC) to the community and is looking for assistance in working with staff and a coalition of community volunteers (Coalition) to provide baseline reports developed by cultural sector professional(s) to demonstrate future sustainability and convince the community and other financial partners to invest.
The reports are:
• A Feasibility Study to map and assess needs, market and opportunities for RHAC operations and programs to a) relevant comparators among similar Ontario and Canadian public art galleries and museums and b) a demonstrated level of capacity within the Niagara community for engagement and resource provision; and c) attract relevant community and financial sustaining partners.
• A Business Plan that specifies short, medium and long-term (fully transitioned status supported by defined community partners) core purpose, mandate, programs; anticipated optimal capital, operational and programming expenses as well as sources of all revenue including partner contributions; grants, and self-generated income.
The budget for the above-mentioned Scope of Work is $30,000 to $40,000.
