Skilled in strategic planning and developing practical solutions, research, and network analysis, facilitating the implementation of new initiatives. Experienced in evaluating and monitoring projects and organizations, facilitating professional training for arts managers. Moved to Canada in 2021. Led the development of the first Cultural Strategic Plan for the Province of Volgograd (Russia). This included creating a new vision for the art's role in social change and regional development, highlighting and advocation the importance of arts to quality of life, local prosperity, and economic vitality. Acted as a consultant for strategic planning and organizational development for not-for-profits in the arts sector. The organizer of full–cycle grant competitions in the arts sector. This includes design, administration, evaluation, support, and professional development of grantees. These competitions supported the Museums and Heritage sector as well as projects to develop local communities through the arts and culture. Current member of Mass Culture's Engagement Working Group.
