He is the author of several texts that provide legal, strategic and practical advice to organizations and their directors and senior managers, including The Law of Charitable and Not-for-Profit Organizations, Charities and Not-for-Profit Fundraising Handbook, and Charities and Not-for-Profit Administration and Governance Handbook.
