David Whetter has been a planning consultant since 1971. Since becoming a partner in Cornerstone in 1976, he has directed over 500 planning projects. His educational background includes a Masters Degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Architecture with a major emphasis on organizational and decision-making analysis. He is an experienced project director with particular skills in the management of complex projects involving multi-faceted objectives and multi-disciplinary teams. He has been involved in many feasibility and master planning studies for art and cultural services organizations including performing arts, visual arts, museums, art galleries, artist studios, libraries, and art education institutions. He has also familiar with heritage planning having conducted Heritage Master Plan studies in New Westminster, Nanaimo, and Burnaby BC.
