Angela Birdsell's experience in public arts and cultural funding at the provincial and federal levels has spanned all arts disciplines and includes work with small groups, industry associations, and with some of Canada's largest performing arts institutions. She has overseen and participated in policy and program development in Canada and Australia. Angela has worked closely with Quebec cultural institutions and funders in both languages. Her consulting work has spanned the public and private sectors with provinces, municipalities and federal governments in Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. In addition to public policy she has facilitated, as senior consultant, capital projects and program development for arts organizations.
